Cellular automata from Stephen Wolfram
I've just finished a small computer program which implements the behaviour of simple cellular automata the way Stephen Wolfram did it in his book A New Kind of Science. The author showed how it is possible to generate a very nice-looking chaos based on very few simple rules. You can download the JAR file (in French) (java runtime environment required). The resulting pictures are amazing!
